The most valuable certification is meditating daily, and I have made mindfulness my lifestyle by practicing it in every moment of my personal life. My life mission is facilitating positive change in clients' lives and recognising that no institution, certificate or even my master's degree in clinical psychology(the topic of my thesis was the relationship between mindfulness, depression, and self-esteem among students in Croatia) can replace the achievement of being my authentic self.

My sessions are designed to prepare you for the challenges in all areas of life, and together, we’ll work on overcoming internal obstacles like negative emotions and thoughts. In the long run, through our work together, you will be limitless.

ABOUT ME

My name is Mindful Ema

But most people call me Ema Žužul. I am a clinical psychologist, mindfulness counselor, and life coach. I have specialized in Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Emotional Management.  

 

Mindfulness is a deep passion of mine, and I have cultivated a consistent meditation practice for over two years. This daily practice has transformed my life, helping me shift my perspective and discover greater clarity and peace. It has improved my focus and reconnected me with my Mindful part—a state of calm, wisdom, limitless potential, and most importantly a sense of being fully complete just as I am.

 

I am passionate about helping you on your life journey, supporting your healing, and guiding you toward discovering who you truly are.

RULES FOR MINDFULNESS SESSIONS WITH EMA

MINDFUL EMA RULES

1.NO REFUNDS

Rescheduling is welcome if needed, but refunds are not an option.

2.SESSION ENDING FOR UNRELATED TOPICS

Sessions are dedicated to Tarot readings. If the discussion shifts away from this focus, I may choose to conclude the session without offering a refund.

3.MUTUAL RESPECT ABOVE ALL

Respectful interaction is non-negotiable. Disrespectful behavior will lead to the session ending immediately.
